In NJBIA’s yearly Business Outlook Survey, businesses indicate difficulty in finding skilled, workforce-ready employees. To help correct that problem, NJPRO has developed this curriculum to instill in students the workplace skills that employers say are lacking in entry-level employees.

Businesses have played an important role in developing the curriculum. Business people helped write each lesson plan and have provided their stories for the “New Jersey Entrepreneur Spotlight.”
